Healing and growing through the seasons of life
Play therapy and compassionate support for children, teens, and families
When children are struggling, they don’t always have the words to tell us what they need.
At Woodland-Davis Play & Family Therapy, I offer a warm, welcoming space where children can express themselves, families can feel supported, and healing can begin.
How Can I Help?
Play Therapy
Children often communicate through play before they have the words to explain what they’re feeling. Play therapy offers a safe, supportive way to express emotions, work through experiences, and build new skills.
Parent Support
Parents and caregivers sometimes need support, too. Together, we can explore challenges, strengthen connection, and find practical ways to support your child while caring for the needs of your family.
Therapy for Teens & Young Adults
Adolescence and young adulthood can bring big changes, emotions, and pressures. Therapy offers a supportive space to work through challenges, strengthen coping skills, build confidence, and feel more grounded through life’s transitions.
Play Therapy Supervision & Consultation
As a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), I provide supervision and consultation for clinicians who want to strengthen their play therapy skills and for professionals working toward their Registered Play Therapist credential.
A Foundation in Supporting Children and Families
Before becoming a therapist, I spent 10 years as a Child Life Specialist helping children and families navigate medical procedures and hospital experiences, including work on a pediatric burn unit.
That experience shaped my passion for helping children feel safe, understood, and supported through overwhelming experiences.
