Support for Children, Teens, Young Adults, and Families

I provide compassionate, developmentally appropriate support tailored to each person’s needs, relationships, and life experiences.

Play Therapy

Children often communicate through play before they have the words to explain what they’re feeling. Play therapy offers a safe, supportive way to express emotions, work through experiences, and build coping skills.

Therapy for Teens & Young Adults

Adolescence and young adulthood can bring stress, change, and emotional overwhelm. Therapy offers a supportive space to feel understood, build coping skills, and navigate life’s transitions.

Parent Support

Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when your child is struggling. I work collaboratively with parents to better understand their child’s needs, strengthen connection, and find practical ways to support the family.

Medical Trauma Support

My background as a Child Life Specialist, including experience on a pediatric burn unit, gives me a unique perspective in supporting children, teens, and families through difficult medical experiences. I help clients process illness, procedures, hospitalization, and other stressful healthcare experiences while building coping skills, increasing a sense of safety, and feeling more supported as they move forward.

For Clinicians

Play Therapy Supervision

As a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S), and former Clinical Manager within a play therapy group practice, I provide supervision for clinicians pursuing the Registered Play Therapist credential and for therapists who want to deepen their play therapy skills.

Training & Professional Development

I enjoy partnering with schools, agencies, and community organizations to offer educational trainings. Topics can be tailored to the needs of the group and may include play therapy, trauma-informed care, child development, and supporting children through stressful or overwhelming experiences.

Play Therapy Consultation

Consultation is available for clinicians working with children, teens, and families who want support with case conceptualization, play therapy interventions, parent work, or developmentally appropriate care.

My Approach

My work is grounded in a child-centered, trauma-informed, attachment-based approach and informed by interpersonal neurobiology. I consider each child or teen within the context of their development, relationships, family, and experiences, tailoring therapy to what feels most supportive while creating a safe, connected therapeutic relationship.
